• Arrive at your consult with the item that needs a repair/upgrades
• If we can fix your problem on the spot there will be a 30 min labour fee of $17.99 (this is just a charge for labour, if parts are required there will be additional costs for said parts)    
• If we are unable to fix the item on the spot there will be no fee and we will book you in for a following appointment
