Arrowhead Mix blend light roast is brand new. This is a mix of South American and African beans, rich with a medium body and a unique hint of aromatic qualities of spice and sweetness. Distinctively mild, sweet, and mellow with gentle acidity.

The name: Because these beans are removed quickly from the roaster, we thought this represented the firefighter community best, since they're always first to the scene. Because the beans are roasted quickly, they're flashed over with fire. Thus, the name: Flashover.
