1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be serious with your purchase. We do offer warranty on a majority of our products unless otherwise specified
    2. We warranty all products to be free of manufacture defect for up to 7 days of purchase. Warranty covers free repair or exchange of a manufacture defective item.
    3. Warranty voids if the product is abused, altered, damaged, skirmished, not in original brand new condition and packaging, over the warranty period, not valid for warranty and/or without original order receipt. Improper assembly and damages caused by improper general use will also void all warranties. Please be careful and find out all usage information from one of our staff, instruction manual, or emailing the store if you are not sure. Be responsible for your purchase.
    4. Buyer is responsible for returning the goods to Niagara Quartermaster for any warranty services approved by one of our staff. If the product is a factory defective within the warranty period, the ground shipping cost will be reimbursed. If the product returned is not covered under manufacture warranty, buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and processing fees.
    5. Exceptions for returns on brand new and unused items are subject to management's approval. A minimum 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply in these cases.
    6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on special orders, upgraded gear boxes, upgraded Airsoft guns, and other products we specify to carry no warranty.
    7. We are capable of repairs and offering services for Airsoft products. We have a large selection of replacement parts available. We do not offer “refunds”, “exchanges”, and “check it out” orders. We do so to prevent fraud and to maintain low pricing for you. We are always here if you have a question about a product or a compatibility issue.
    8. There are no additional warranties other than the ones listed above. Due to the nature of being a Canadian retailer; manufacture warranties are few and far between.     9. Customers that select "in-store" pick-up have 6 months to pick up their product or arrange for another way to receive it. If they do not do so, they forfeit the product with no refund. 
    10. We are not responsible for any damages during shipping unless it was due to negligence on our behalf. 
    11. Niagara Quartermaster will not ship airsoft firearms, licensed products, and/or external (airsoft) firearm parts outside of Canada. 
    12. Free-shipping only applies to Canadian provinces (not territories). 
    *Warranty does not include upgrade parts, internals, or consumables. A valid reciept is required for a warranty.
